Regarding the scheduling aspect, you say people sign themselves up. But can the administrator pre schedule or assign positions in advance? And how far in advance? We have three services on Sundays and one on Thursday pm. We also have a position serving our youth on Sunday and Wed pm. Our team fills 11 positions each service, but within skills and qualifications we try to have different people in each service. Does your software allow this kind of flexibility?

Does this have integration with other similar scheduling apps i.e. planning center. The issue I see with a team like the one I'm on is some of our team members are involved in other ministries that schedule using another system. With an integrated system we can all see you is scheduled on what days. It would make it much more difficult to schedule across ministry groups.
Hi Doug. You bring up an interesting use case. I do hope to have an integration with Planning Center in the future but it does not exist today. I have several churches who use other applications (Planning Center, CCB, Rock, etc) for keeping track of their members and volunteer schedules. We don't try to replace those systems but I'm not aware of any app that allows you to track training, qualifications, and professional credentials and then reference those skills when assigning volunteers to a position.
The way no one’s talking about how many Christian people are being massacred by jews and muslims because idiots haven’t figured anything out outta thousands of years of war. I wear my cross on the outside my shirt if they want to come at me think twice I live in an open carry state FAFO
