I have several churches who use other applications (Planning Center, CCB, Rock, etc) for keeping track of their members and volunteer schedules. We don't try to replace those systems but I'm not aware of any app that allows you to track training, qualifications, and professional credentials and then reference those skills when assigning volunteers to a position.
