Thank you so much, Keith! This is the first analysis where I actually learned something new in a long time. I’m already sharing with other churches. Blessings ❤️

She walks past Moreno TWICE. 1st time he's on his phone, 2nd time he seemingly avoids making contact. He hides in the stairwell until finally peeking out and appears to shoot the kid in the head. Then he goes back into hiding til it's safe (for him) to come out. The guy in the suit was the hero.

Great job again Keith. I've thoroughly reviewed all of the video prior to watching your take on it. Every subscriber should invest the time to watch every minute of your video at least once. You're 100 percent correct about the stress factors there and the evident lack of meaningful training. All of the 'Epic Cop Life' gear on the officers taking cover tells its own story, from the bracelets, red dots, and gun light benefit little. Battleships are safe at dock but that's not their purpose. The plainclothes officer was the hero but he was taking a huge risk. I'll disagree with you on only one point: unarmed lanyard guy would have picked up the gun and fought the shooter if the hero officer got capped. And it all would have been over by the time, the uniformed cops broke cover. Great closing too. Let's get back to real leadership and some 90's tactics.

We have aggressively been build our Church Security Team for the last four months. We are not doing this out of fear but out of diligence. Thanks to your training videos and bulletins we now have persons who have gone through the interview process. Back ground check, cognitive testing as well as your on-line training and monthly live training at our church. All concealed carry security team members have range qualified. Thank you so much for all that you are doing to keep your church safe as well as the Christian Brothers and Sisters at our church. This analysis has challenged us to work even harder to prepare ourselves for the call.

Thank you for this Keith, our churches need to understand these points! As a 30yr retired Sergeant LE from the Baltimore area, it saddens me to see an officer not engage - not to judge, but you ALWAYS run to the gunfire!!!! Fireman don’t turn from the house on fire, cops go to the adversary! It’s what we do. Great points!!! I have a nonprofit in FL to help with 1st Responders stress and prevent suicide, these debriefs shows why our community and churches need to have an understanding of the emotional impact when prepared, and not prepared. Thanks again Keith.

This video was amazing. As somebody that is in church, security and actually assigned to the pastor himself I find this video critical in the argument that churches need to continually train the incident at Lakewood. Church was horrifying however it could’ve been much much worse. Thankfully, that lady was put down before she can make it into the auditorium.

Thank you for your overall critique and emphasis on live shooter training. I shared your video with my team leads. We just completed a scenario involving suspicious items and bomb threat. The program emphasis was on not using radios or phones. The question is given the potential for a bomb should responders been using radios? You quite rightly commented that if she had a bomb she would have detonated it by now. Appreciate your thoughts relative to my question.

Ina static enviornment, yes you should stay radio silent. However, here, we need to stop her right now. The loss of life will be greater to let her continue her shooting event. The need to communicate is clear. They do not communicate in this went on too far long because of that.
