This week on Church Crime Watch: A predator arrested after targeting children at a church, a man caught with a gun during a Sunday service, and a woman fatally shot outside a Philadelphia church.
I apologize if this off topic, but would you be willing to write about adressing the culture of abuse that happens inside churches, especially with mega-church pastors like the recently deceased John MacAuthur who would bully, shame, and intimidate women into staying in relationships where physical abuse and even sexual abuse of children was occuring – where such pastors use the Bible as a cudgel to excuse and protect men's bad behavior?
As a non-church person, it certainly seems that such abuse is not only happening more often but becoming more obvious as well.

As to church safety, passive , non- thinking Christian communities better wake up , along with their pastors ..
Maybe if the PASTOR GOT SUED for allowing his flock to be in danger in the first place ?
