I am sorry this dude is saying a lot of lies. I am a professional drone pilot, and I also work in defense for drone combat, as he does. He isn't being accurate; he's spitting out a lot of lies and BS. People who don't know much about this can be fooled, but you can't fool me. Be really careful about the stuff you provide and what is true and what is not. I recommend you study this topic more. With that said, it has some good info, but a lot of BS too.
From studying the countless drone strike videos coming out of UKR the only defense is to take out the operator before he takes you out with his toys, and he can be literal miles away.
I'm talking about one operator with one drone, some of them can pilot dozens if not thousands at once.
This could easily start a new era of world terrorism if the powers that shouldn't be want it to.
