The press ran with a story last night about ISIS calling for churches to be burned. ISIS called for synagogues, not churches. That reporting is creating a real threat now.

your article says "Al-Naba called for the burning of synagogues, not churches." This is not true. They did not say Synagogues, they said literally to burn “the Jewish churches” they didn't say synagogue but that is what they meant.
أن يهبّوا = “to rise up” / “to mobilize”
ويحرقوا = “and burn”
الكنائس اليهودية = literally “the Jewish churches”
This is incorrect terminology (Jews do not have churches).
In context, this almost certainly intends “synagogues”, but the text uses the wrong word.
It helps to understand where the confusion came from and as you noted the press got it wrong and made it worse by including Christian churches.
We have expanded leadership. We have been training for two weeks. This also helped cement our tean between the two services. Last Sunday we were about to go outside for walk-through drills and someone asked if we should be doing this where we can be seen. I said YES we are sending a message to the whole town that we are a hard target. Although our tools won't be colored orange this weekend.
I guess we can count on US "media" to amplify jihad messaging for terrorists. Thanks LOL.

I heard this verse in a sermon by a Pastor who is also a SF Nam vet, and it really stuck with me. We are all going to die some day, Lord willing we stand in the breach until and when that day comes. Praying for all of you this resurrection weekend. He died for all of our sins. Praise God.
You can't even celebrate a Christian holiday without looking over your shoulder now days due to these radical POS Muslims. The only solution is to neutralize them ALL. Period
Can you clarify the bluff that the press released concerning the misleading information to burn churchesin comparison to the Easter bulletin you shared that has actual events headed by the word BLUF? I want to share the bulletin with my Security team, but I’m concerned that the heading would be confusing. Perhaps I missed something? So appreciate your efforts and the valuable service you so faithfully provide for us. You are indeed such a worthy and valuable resource to the Church of Christ and we are so grateful to God for you!

Thank you for the advice and prayers. Our team has been discussing Easter & Good Friday services for the past few weeks. We have assignments, added parking lot overwatch, additional roaming. We have several police officers, deputies and an FBI agent on our team. A Sheriff's vehicle is parked out in front of the church and other trucks parked to prevent a ramming event. More more is needed in the future and your advice and prayers are appreciated.
