We have to qualify every 2 years on law , updates on the law , first aid , any special certifications ( ie Deescalation , Less than Lethal Restraining Techniques, CPR , First Aid, Active Shooter Training, Single Officer Aslant Response , Each Weapon … Handgun for Duty ).
This helps making sure Officers are “Qualified” for assignments.
