I've noticed your mention of Attorneys on Retainer is brief; were you not able to communicate with them at length? It would be helpful to hear your thoughts on their claim to be superior to the other, insurance-backed companies in some critical particulars: 1) being an actual law firm (as opposed to an insurance company connected to a firm), they won't ever refrain from, drop (or even possibly charge back) clients over any legal technicalities—like some of the insurance-backed entities have been shown to do in certain scenarios; & 2) all client-initiated communication, being with a legal professional & not an intermediary phone operator, is protected by attorney/client privilege from the very first moment of contact.
