I noticed in the video that it often took Keith a couple of tries to get his fingerprint to register and open the box, and that's the same as on other brands I've tried. Fortunately, keys and number combinations both work too.
As for the cable, that's pretty much my only option for locking a box to my very small current car. The Console Vault in my previous car was much better - fit right in its center console, held there firmly with screws. I had the fancy combination option for the lock, and liked it better than hunting for a key.
