Hi Keith, excellent training! Trying to share with the team and am getting reports of not being able to progress through the training. Unable to get the modules to mark complete. Both PC and phone behavior is the same.
I look forward to taking this course, on going education. In lieu of a certificate while insurance details are hammered out, perhaps a receipt of attendance or course completion acknowledgement? We live in such a litigious society.
I am trying to log in but it keeps telling me I have invalid credentials. I changed my password, but keep getting that message. I've tried on my laptop and phone with no luck. HELP!
I just checked it on my end and it's up and working. If you're on your phone, could you try opening it from a computer? It'll work on both, but I've found it tends to be more reliable on a desktop or laptop. Also, a lot of people jumped into the course right after launch, so if it's still giving you trouble, wait a few minutes and try again. If it still won't open, let me know what device and browser you're using and I'll help you get it figured out.
