This is Derek Jensen; I’m Retired PD. Two departments in LA and finished up in Santa Barbara County. There’s a current 12 plus 1 st degree felony charges from a church case , defendant was an employee. It got swept after notification from the victim ( Written) an he remained employed by the church.
I was present at the 6:30am Dynamic Arrest warrant entry on his residence. It’s set for pre-lim in may 2025.
