I say we get evangelical in the responder community to recruit our doctors, nurses, EMT, police, fire and other professionals to beef up. I highly suggest military recruitment and conversion work. Current studies have indicated some startling news. Why we don't have enough of the community in the church is caused by
Fear of rejection or hostility (roughly 30%)
Busy lifestyles and everyday distractions (roughly 23%)
Feeling unequipped or not knowing how to start (10%)
Lack of natural opportunities or shyness
We need to break it loose and witness in these communities any way we can. Lets overcome and start inviting more people and win the day. Get hot.
