Good idea to use Google alerts for church and pastor. I've had one set for my (unusual) last name for many years that lets me know whenever a relative is in the news.
Our church just finished adding enough 4K cameras to cover our perimeter and a few places inside, plus additional bollards. One caution on bollards: be sure you know where your pipes are before drilling for a bollard. One of ours would otherwise have punctured our city water pipe.
Yes we have a retired cop on our team who suggested an improvement in structural prevention months ago and he told me that the leadership is going to implement those improvements. They listened to him, how about that!
