I've updated the article so you have the outline and AAR. Sorry about the mistake when I originally posted it.

Hey brother, first of all, well done! I truly appreciate your knowledge and your desire to make us all better. In the last article you published (How to Run Church Security Training Like the Professionals Do) you included 2 downloads (Training Template and an AAR Template). Unfortunately, the two downloads that got included in the articles are an exact copy of the AAR Template and I think we are missing the Training Template. Blessings!

Jose

We have had a Safety Team for some time but never had meetings or practiced anything. Your website and all the classes is helping me guide our team and train for something that may or may not ever happen. We are only about 10 miles from the Lexington KY church shooting and it has been a real eye opener for several in our church. You can't imagine the help your website and online classes has been to me and our church, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Unfortunately my team has been shrinking every year. We really don't do any training. I know this falls on me as the leader. I cannot even get people to sign up and join the team let alone consistently attend training. Can't get resources either like soft body armor or earpieces for radios

EXCELLENT!! We train for Excellence, or at least we should. Thank you for your dedication to our Messiah and the Body at large. Your experience and wisdom is evident. I am in a congregation that has been growing at a neck-break pace. We are at the point (probably past it in all honesty) to move from casual safety team to Trained Professionals.

Thank you - great article and info! Scenario Training is so key to learn and practice in a safe environment. It has helped me realize mistakes I make and improve so that I'm confident if I face that situation in real life. Thanks and God bless you!

Just getting started. Had our first official training with some off duty LEO. Our first team meeting was a meet and greet with local LEO. Looking forward to our next training to include live fire training so all

members are at least proficient. Thank you for the guidance.

Yes. Our safety team conducts AARs after training. We also do them after significant events.
