I don't have it, but there are still photos of the explosion online. You can probably get a copy of the film as a professional courtesy from the Mahanoy City Police department, because they already gave it to the local news station, WNEP. You could try asking them as well. You are, after all, media and a security professional.

I tried with the PD with no luck. I really thought they would’ve helped me out a little. I see what the news station put out.
