As a former LE professional that has attended 100's of hours of professionally taught courses with polished presenters, thanks for simply being genuine and down to earth and keeping things real. It continually amazes me how some people thrive on criticism. Sad really, that people insist on making themselves look like the north end of a south bound donkey!
