As a long time IT guy I can confirm what you already know. This is intentional. The vague explanations, the lack of contact options, all intentional. They don't actually want you to contact them. They would rather you stop posting anything. They are motivated by two things. Money and not offending the crazy people. If you had a couple million followers, this would have not been an issue. Not too long ago I created a Anthropic Claude account. I asked it one question regarding how many motherboards by one manufacturer had a certain chipset. Was immediately banned after it answered the question. Requested a review, still banned. I'm now having issues with LinkedIn. All I did was update my profile; now I have to verify my identity for the second time.

One thing I've noticed is that when a FB channel becomes way more popular (from 1k to 60k in your instance) then it gets the attention of their algorithm, and not for the good. Not long ago, Ojai Raptor Center was squashed by FB when they received a new eagle patient that had fans worldwide and thousands of people swamped their FB page and shared it like gangbusters. FB algorithm shut them down! FB can be great and awful at the same time.

"food channel".
I am on IG and it does not seem quite so bad even though it's Meta.
I only got on IG after I nuked my LinkedIn channel after I had a few politically motivated posts, which I usually don't sugar coat, get shot down. We're in a war against humanity, I was just there to help =O
FB sucks beyond measure because they just have bots and little people from some far away world who know nothing about our country running the filtering of truth.
