Thank you. Do you think Christian schools in general are a target as well? Thanks

Safe to err on the side of caution, but yes they are.

Excellent teaching. This is the time for Christian Warriors. I just moved to Texas and as soon as I stabilize, I’m going to range so I can be available for my pastor if he has for assistance. Thank you for the inspiration.

The world news channel that I watched last night said that there have been 364 mass shootings in America so far this year. 😥

Unrelated to this post, but our team has been struggling with losing members.

The average person serves 2 Sundays a month.

One of the big reasons for losing people is their wives are unwilling to attend service if they are on duty.

This is a topic I could really use help/guidance on, especially if it is a common thing (Im not sure if this is an issue in a lot of churches or not)

We have a similar issue. I spend a lot of my time seeking out new team members and encouraging others to stay on the team and stay focused.

Seems pretty apparent that this church had no security/Safety Team. The media raves about an 8? minute response time, but we know from the work of Ed Monk and others that the only reason he “only” shot 12 was because he took time to introduce enough accelerants to start a fire that virtually burned the church down during or before shooting. Shooters average about 6 victims a minute once they set up to shoot. If a Team had been present to respond immediately I’d venture the outcome would have been much better.

I used to attend an LDS ward that had an usher who stayed near the door to the chappel. He was a deputy sherrif, and was built like a brick privy. He accelled in cooling down crazy people who walked in to the foyer intent on disrupting church services. Often the same people repeatedly returned. The same Ward had city officers and deputy sheriffs who were subley armed. I agree with you that we have probably entered a new dispensation when security teams seem more logical.

I'm new to the site. Have there been any attacks from wooded areas surrounding church where multiple shooters aim for those entering or leaving. This thought keep coming to mind while listening to/reading newsletter. I have been following the attacks against the body of Christ on VOM for years especially the Sahel region and sub Saharan Christian countries. Also the persecution in Pakistan, India, Myanmar, Vietnam, etc. Praying for US Christians to wake up.
