In my latest episode on my YouTube channel “Christian Warrior Training, I dive into a thought-provoking topic: "Should You Be Carrying your Sig P320?" The Sig P320 is used by many people working church security, but there is a drawback to it. There have been a number of uncommanded discharges from the P320 and I dive into whether this is something you should be concerned about or not.

In the video, I emphasize that the ultimate decision lies with each individual listener. The purpose of this episode is to present different perspectives and engage in a meaningful discussion about the Sig P320, a popular firearm among gun enthusiasts. To kick things off, watch a compelling video that serves as a starting point for the discussion. The video captures an unfortunate incident where an officer's gun accidentally discharges, triggered by a bump from another officer's holster during an arrest. This incident brings to light the importance of reliable holsters and the potential risks associated with them.

Ultimately, it appears that due to a lack of a trigger safety on the P320 and a internal safety that disengages too quickly, there will be more of these incidents in the near future. I own two P320’s, along with 2 P226’s and a few other Sig weapons. However, I will not be carrying my P320 during church security details.

Stay informed and stay safe,

Keith
