The risk was always there but even the military police/security stays on BRAVO. We need to rewrite risk tables. If the pastor isn't behind it, a chaplain or minister doesn't see the risk based on their background and experience its hard to convey the value of open source intelligence. In a previous life, I was an athletic coach for adults, as part of my certification, it was required that I complete a SafeSport training program. Our church requires fingerprint cards, a mandated reporter courses, and a church policy course before being allowed to be around children. I agree with a Keith that it should be a standard requirement for all churches. Easy peasy when there is nothing to hide.
