I teach our security class once a month. I was Military Policeman and Sniper for 8 years and Illinois Correctional Officer and Sniper on the state Tactical Team for seven years. Everyone on my church's safety team has these. We purchased two t-shirts and one set of body armor. They are hot but they are fantastic. I've found that a cotton tee shirt underneath it actually makes it more comfortable without making it hotter. It also makes it easier to get off. I highly recommend the Premier Body Armor T-Shirt.
