I have found that the certificates do not seem to work. Tried two lessions, this one stated certification unavailable and another one would not allow the certificate to be edited prior to being created. I tried three browsers.
You have to allow pop-ups
Cleared out cache and pop blocker is off. I get a certificate with the name being "default name"
